- bass studies at the Strassbourg conservatory
- 1986 in London, accompanies Bireli Lagrene, Hal Singer, André Conduant, Serge Lazarevich
- 1988 in Paris, 1989 tournee in Russia and Eastern Europe
- worked together with Archie Shepp, Sunny Murray, Carla Cook,
Greetje Kauffeld, Didier Lockwood and others
Frank Bockius, drums
- studied Rhythmik at the Musikhochschule Trossingen
- since 1989 drum teacher at the music school Nördlicher
Breisgau in Emmendingen and
tutor for "Schlagwerk" at the rhythmic seminar of the
Musikhochschule Trossingen
- member of the Freiburger Spielleyt and of the "Silent Movie Music Company"
- performing at the jazz festival Leipzig 1992 with the Mike Hennessy trio
- member of the jazz quintet "Whisper Hot" feat. sax player Matthias
Stich (jazz award Baden-Württemberg 1993)
- member of the percussion and comedy band "The Timpanicks" (kleinkunst
